Just this week I had an amazing session with a personal trainer for the first time in easily 20 years. I’ve been trained as a fitness trainer and aerobics instructor back in the eighties.. complete with the unitard and the Jane Fonda leg warmers!!
A lot has changed since then in both my body and focus and in the fitness and personal training industry. I know my way around a gym.
